These services are provided in accordance with the individuals ISP.
This service is provided in home and community settings to assist individuals in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills needed to reside successfully in home and community-based settings.
This service is provided to individuals living in private homes for the limited purpose of providing supervision and assistance directed towards the health and safety of an adult with intellectual disabilities.
This service is provided to supervise and support individuals living in private homes on a short-term basis during times when their primary caretaker is absent or needs relief.
This service is offered to qualified individuals needing non-medical transportation.
This service is available for any individual or family who requests school advocacy. A Board Certified Special Education Advocate will speak with you to determine need and eligibility.
